Cost of Individual Hypnotherapy Sessions
The first hypnotherapy session - £45 (session lasts approx. two hours).
Subsequent hypnotherapy sessions - £35 (sessions last approx. one and half hours).
Children up to the age of 18 years old receive a £10 discount on the adult rate.

Weight Loss Package
This package includes 4 sessions. - Cost £140* total for 4 sessions, this includes a £10 discount. My weight loss package - includes booking for an initial block of four sessions - these involve looking at your emotional circumstances, your relationship to food, your body image and the language of your subconscious mind. Each programme is tailored to the individuals needs using the main four key areas and it is geared to your timescales. The first session lasts approx 2 hours and subsequent sessions last approx. 1 and a half hours. Please note: depending on each individual case further sessions may be required.
Stop Smoking Package
This package includes 4 sessions. - Cost £140* total for 4 sessions, this includes a £10 discount. My Stop Smoking package - includes booking for an initial block of four sessions - these involve looking at your emotional circumstances, the history behind your smoking, explaining how you mind works when an addictive circuit has been established in your brain and how to break this circuit, plus using the language of your subconscious mind to support the new you . Each programme is tailored to the individuals needs using the main four key areas and it is geared to your timescales. The first session lasts approx 2 hours and subsequent sessions last approx. 1 and a half hours. Fertility Package - The Fertile Body Method
This package includes 6 sessions. - Cost £210* total for 6 sessions, this includes a £10 discount. My Fertility Package includes six sessions. During these sessions we focus on your mental, emotional and physical issues, with the view of redressing any blocks that may be preventing you getting pregnant. Life/Work Stress
This package includes 3 sessions. - Cost £105* for the 3 sessions this includes a £10 discount. As more and more pressure is placed on work colleagues to perform to higher standards with less and less resources,this can result in ever increasing stress and bullying. Bullying in the work place can be described as, "actions designed to intimidate or cause distress to a work colleague." On going bullying can lead to low self esteem, confidence issues leading to stress that can lead to physical symptoms such as IBS, migraines, skin conditions, blood pressure problems etc...
Past Life Regression Package
This package includes two sessions approx. a week apart, each session will last two hours. The first session is focused on taking a journey back to your immediate past and the second session is focused on just past lives. After the second session you be emailed a recording of the session.- Cost £75* for two sessions this includes a £5 discount.

Cost of NLP Life Coaching/Counselling session
The first NLP Life Coaching/Counselling session/treatment will last approximately 2 hours and will cost £45 subsequent treatments will last for approximately 1 and a half hours and cost £35.
Cost of individual Reiki/ Holistic healing session: Reiki and holistic healing sessions, including Ilahinoor and sound healing is £25 for an hour.Reik and a card reading is £30 and last approximately 2 hours.

Each attunement/training day lasts a day - dates and times can be flexible. A typical Reiki training day starts at 9.30am and runs until 6pm.
