I am an a-level student and had hypnosis for exam nerves. I was apprehensive about hypnosis and talking about my feelings to someone I didn't know, but Ewa was lovely and put me at ease. I felt the results instantly and I didn't suffer from any exam nerves after hypnosis. For me, feeling comfortable with the therapist was as important as the effectiveness of the treatment itself and Ewa's knowledge and kindness meant I recommend seeing her to all ages.
